Scheduling Site
I was assigned this project after VITAC determined the organization to require a converged, unified Realtime scheduling process, procedure and system set. The goals were to delegate, organize, and manage Realtime captioning work to specific 3rd party vendors using internal systems. This project ended up being much more complex than anyone predicted. This project is still ongoing and I have been working closely with the CTO and developers to complete this project in the future.
